02 Manufacturing Alignment
The product direction is aligned with manufacturing capabilities, materials, quality level, MOQ, pricing and expected timing.
03 Sample & Specification Confirmation
Samples are developed and reviewed until functions, materials, dimensions, branding, packaging and approved product references are confirmed.
04 Production & Quality Follow-Up
Production follows the confirmed product reference and agreed checkpoints, with documentation, testing or independent inspection coordinated when required.
05 Packaging & Delivery Coordination
Packaging, artwork, carton information, production quantities and shipment arrangements are confirmed according to the agreed delivery terms.
